Secondly, Andy was not dressed for success because if she would have done her research then she would be aware the importance of fashion in their company. There is a culture for every company and if you are an individual that is not interested in what they do, most likely you will not be liked and not have that job for an extended period. "A million girls would kill for" was the type of job Andy had landed, and she seemed to not care about it. For instance, when Miranda was doing the walk-thru rehearsal with the models, Andy giggled about how she felt the two belts were almost identical. However, she did not realize the importance of these details from every color and every design are to people who put their hearts into fashion.
